MyTaxRefund - Track your refund status App Reviews

Was fast and efficient, but it would be greater if it could include the estimated arrival of local/state refund date as well.

This MyTaxRefund app is just great for tracking the whereabouts of your tax refund. Its fairly small in size., so its quite fast to download and it doesnt take up too much room on my phone. But whats probably even more impressive is the user friendliness of the TurboTax software. This was my first time preparing my own tax return and I hope I did everything correctly. But from my initial interaction with the software I gotta say that it took a lot of the anxiety away because it provided a lot of detailed information about each section and what I thought was rather impressive is its unique algorithmic process to see whether all the is were dotted and the ts crossed. So kudos to the developers and thank you!

In less than 24 hours of using the app, the estimated date for my federal return increased by 4 days, and all three state refunds say to view each states website for estimates and updates. This is pretty much worthless if thats the best Intuit can do!

A complete waste of time. I installed the app and it helpfully told me my return had been accepted, which I already knew from the email and text message Intuit had sent me. It gave me an estimated date for my refund to be sent, which is based solely on the IRS estimate of 21 days maximum from acceptance for 90% of returns. The status never changed. My refund is deposited in the bank and the app still just tells me my return has been accepted and I can expect my refund by...(same date that is still two weeks away). Junk--sorry I wasted my time.

Confusing. Tried for twenty minutes to find out how to check on my refund status. Never found the link. Not user friendly at all.

Very frustrating app. Why have it at all. It just says accepted the whole time even after the money is in my acct. Im frustrated I even wasted my time downloading it. This app was useless and have already deleted it! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Even though I received emails that said my returns were accepted, the app always said there was no status on my federal, and never mentioned my state. Delete!

This app does nothing other then tell you was accepted and when the estimated deposit will be. It still says that it is pending even though I return is been deposited for several days now dont waste your time just go to the irs site.

First of all, the app itself is useless. It never told me when my return got accepted--an email did that. Secondly, it tried to update at one point but something froze and now it wont open or update. I also cant delete it because the icon is still grayed out on my screen. Would not recommend.
